                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                   ENGINEERING AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED
                   TECHNOLOGIES, INC. RELATIVE TO GEOLOGICAL
                   STUDIES AND DESIGN WORK ON THE PROPOSED
                   209-ACRE SITE ADJACENT TO THE SUMMITT
                   LANDFILL FOR A CONSIDERATION OF FOUR HUNDRED
                   FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($456,500.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an engineering agreement with Consolidated
       Technologies, Inc. relative to geological studies and design work 

       on the proposed 209-acre site adjacent to the Summitt Landfill 
for
       a consideration of $456,500.00.
